That's news to me... I thought they only had $42 mil.

Talking about what the SB planned for 3 schools. Some of them think money grows on trees. Goes back to the original fuss- constant delay of work on a few schools. "Your school will get something in the NEXT 5 year plan." This has been going on since 1992. Guess the new buildings at PV will be going back to the contractors?

I had heard that notices was sent to the employees of the schools being closed as of the end of this year. They would be consolidated with the three schools that was going to remain open. In other words the plan they (school board) had come up with in the beginning.

They didn't get notices of schools closing.
They got a press release explaining some of the options being considered (school closings being one of them). There will be a community forum in February.
